Shipping EU
Orders are shipped from our warehouse from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11am (MESZ) will be sent out the same business day.
Standard Shipping:
Free Shipping on orders over 60€ / 55£.
On orders below 60€ / 55£ the following shipping fees apply:
- 4,90€: DE
- 9,90€: Europe
- 5,90£: UK
The Spyra GmbH does not offer the dispatch to islands. Spyra GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders which are not in the dispatch area of the Spyra GmbH. These include, but are not limited to, the above restrictions.
Duties and taxes
For deliveries to the European Union and Great Britain the Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies.
For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place) applies. Any costs incurred for customs, processing and taxes shall be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
Shipping US

Standard Shipping:
Free Shipping on orders over 65 USD to the Contiguous United States. The shipping fee on orders below 65 USD is 9.90 USD

Express Shipping:
Express Shipping via FedEx (2 to 3 business days) varies between 19 USD and 24 USD.

The shipping fees for Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea and Canada vary and are displayed at checkout.
